Read The Instructions 'First'

Averse to reading guidelines,
I launch on my pursuit,
assembling will be just fine,
A 'piece of cake', 'duck soup'.

Every step, hopeful at first,
challenges ingenuity.
It may be difficult at worst,
but not a match for me.

"Experience the best teacher is".
I've read it all my life.
The outcome, mine, of trying this
is growing inner strife.

Reluctance gone, I start to read
step-at-a-time sustained
Although against my self-will need,
accomplishment is gained.

In order, assembly then takes place.
It works; just take a look.
I really isn't a disgrace
to read the crazy book
