You’re speaking of icons of fame;
I would not like you just like them.
The losers get the worsest name.
To tell of bad outcomes you came,
The history facts reveal no gem;
You’re speaking of icons of fame.
The tales of tyrants would seem tame
With devious ways they victims hem,
The losers get the worsest name.
They did all to impress some dame
Or else some other fatale femme.
You’re speaking of icons of fame.
The heroes of the past seem lame,
Like some Republican or Dem.
The losers get the worsest name.
And, so I think that it’s a frame
That all the wrong is blamed on them.
