The Solution

The sleet and snow could be coming;
they say one hundred per cent.
Tomorrow, you know, is Thanksgiving,
and travel, snow could prevent.

Those gathering will be anxious,
to know their dear ones can be near,
and would struggle not to be thankless,
if loved ones cannot appear.

Mayhap, some could drive a day previous,
so obstacles won't stop the visit.
Through planning creative and devious,
they could enjoy a gathering exquisite.

So, thinking ahead, implementing,
and putting activities in order,
could defeat the day's bad portending,
fellowship undeterred by a border.
